Use a controlled section drawing for a custom copper-alloy profile RFQ.
A custom copper-alloy profile cannot be reviewed from a product name alone. Send a dimensioned cross-section or a clear section sketch with the alloy requirement, datum structure and individual tolerances. Add profile length, straightness, surface and any wall-thickness note that applies to the section. If cutting, drilling, machining or another secondary operation is part of the request, distinguish it from the as-formed profile dimensions. A sample photo can clarify orientation, but the controlled drawing should identify which features and inspection points govern the quotation.
