A flexible copper connector inquiry should begin with a drawing or sample that shows the complete current path and terminal geometry. Identify braided, laminated or another required construction, then provide overall length, conductor width and thickness, hole diameter, hole spacing and the number or arrangement of flexible elements. Mark the contact surfaces and any plating, pressing, welding or insulation requirement only when it applies to the requested design. Add the installation or equipment context so fixed terminal dimensions are not confused with the flexible section.

Describe connector construction, flexible geometry and terminal interfaces together in the RFQ drawing.
Show overall length, flexible length, conductor width and thickness, hole diameter, hole spacing, terminal orientation and controlled contact surfaces. Include the quantity and installation or equipment position with the drawing.
Identify braided, laminated or another required construction and separate the flexible zone from fixed terminals. Mark plating, pressing, welding, punching or insulation only where those operations apply to the requested supplied connector.
The quotation should confirm construction, conductor dimensions, layer or braid arrangement, terminal and hole geometry, contact surfaces, applicable finishing work, documents, protective packing and commercial terms.
